WHAT A BARBARIC ACT- America and Europe did it.  Is it possible? - you ask. Yes, it happened. 
Such "civilized" and "democratic" countries did it. What fore? 
It happened during the Kosovo war, but Novi Sad is placed 500 kilometers far from Kosovo. And we were bombed FIRST!  
They have bombed Novi Sad, the multiethnic and multiconfessional city, where opposition parties are in rule.
