"TOWER OF ANGELS", streets of Novi Sad , 1999
 
 

 

This was performed just after the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, on July 1, on the place where the former Armenian church, destroyed in 60s, used to stand. I explained to the audience that only material things can be destroyed, but spiritual things remain forever. During the bombing, in May '99,  I began building of the Tower of Angels, spiritual building, a fortress of good will and positive energy, that is supposed to defend the
world from evil and destruction. In this tower, from day to day, I inbuilt, in a form of text, all positive things I could remember, to attract good beings whose actions are leading to peace, prosperity, harmony and love. After reading my text I asked the audience to join me in building the Tower, by  proposing what else could be inbuilt into it.
